ComCult Research GmbH is among the pioneers of online market research from Germany.

In the spring of 1997, Evgenia Kirmuzudi, M.A. and Alexander Raulfs, M.A. established ComCult Research in Berlin, with a specialization in online market research. With their entrepreneurial farsightedness, both of the managing partners forecast the enormous development of the Internet for market research. They developed their successful and, later, frequently adapted, business model of an internationally engaged institute for online market research.

The online panel was conceived by ComCult Research in cooperation with TNS Emnid in the winter of 1998 and was introduced to the market in spring of 1999. This online panel has already been used for several hundred national and international surveys, since its sole use by ComCult Research GmbH in 2000. Furthermore, the ComCult Internet basic studies have so far been used by companies ranging from A for Alcatel to Z for Zürich Versicherungen, as a planning instrument for their online business.
