Panel Recruitment

ComCult Research uses the highest standards in the recruiting of subjects for the online panel.

As pioneers in online market research, we have carried out numerous methodology tests over nearly an entire decade for optimal data validity. From the resulting knowledge, we address a broad group of people for recruitment, using numerous measures. The ComCult online panel is exclusively structured according to the guidelines of online market research (e.g. ESOMAR) and does not represent an online community (as, for example, with opinion portals, e-mail marketing providers).

For recruiting the ComCult online panel, we utilize various quality criteria: Registering of the subjects according to the so-called “double opt-in” procedure; recording of actual telephone and postal addresses for the unique verification of each person; person-specific questions for the identification of undesired groups of people (e.g. incentive hunters, survey professionals); detailed plausibility and consistency tests of responses provided by the subjects (e.g. for the identification of click-throughs, bogus identities); low incentivizing of the subjects in the form of bonus points for shopping gift certificates.
